Today, Sunday, 23/2/2025, Kamaran Salah Bajger, Deputy Chairman of Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with several members of the Chamber's administrative council, received Welat Harki, Head of Economic Department at the Kurdistan Regional Government Representative Office in the Islamic Republic of Iran, and his accompanying delegation consisting of several medical laboratory specialists from Tehran.
During the meeting, trade relations between Iran and the Kurdistan Region were discussed, while strengthening the exchange of trade delegations and participation in economic events and international exhibitions for both sides was another focus of the discussion.
Welat Harki, Head of Economic Department at the Kurdistan Regional Government Representative Office in the Islamic Republic of Iran, stated that many citizens from Kurdistan travel to Iran annually for medical examinations. Therefore, this delegation's visit to Erbil aims to establish an advanced laboratory and train local staff to conduct examinations, making it easier for citizens to undergo these tests within the Kurdistan Region.
For his part, Kamaran Salah Bajger, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber, expressed his appreciation and satisfaction, affirming the Chamber's readiness to provide all forms of cooperation, coordination, and facilitation for them.
